We received a phone call late one evening from the cinema in The Flourish. The client was rather delighted he came across us as we were actually the third locksmith firm they had rung, the others refusing to provide help. He decided to go out for a meal and a film with his better half since it was their twenty fifth anniversary. Unfortunately it was only once they finished at the cinema he noticed that he had dropped his car keys. He stated, "I raced back in to the building and looked the place we were sitting; but no keys in view. I next got the idea to look in my car and what do you know, I found them, still in the ignition, yet the car had self-locked." Our locksmith was there quickly and a couple of minutes later had the process completed and the automobile open.

The customer in The Flourish called us with a chilling story - she had just popped to the car to retrieve the mail and the door had shut behind her. And yet, what makes this a potential dreadful story was that she exclaimed "Help! I don't have my door keys and my baby is in the house." Needless to say we raced there and happily the road traffic was in our favour. We were able to arrive within fifteen minutes and had the house unlocked quickly. What we did discover afterwards is that she dubbed her tiny kitten "my baby".

Heading on a visit overseas is often exciting, but any time you drop your house keys miles out there in a foreign land it makes it a problem, as our customer found a short while ago. He phoned from The Flourish and explained, "So i am at my front entrance and I have dropped my keys some where overseas. You need to dispatch the mobile locksmith over as soon as possible" We managed to do that really quickly and he instantly got the house open and different keys.
